Governance

Our Board of Directors comprises a diverse group of individuals committed to Community Development and the growth of Dandelion Africa. Our Board members include:

Roseline Leiro ( Chair), Joseph Washira (Treasurer), Wendo Aszed(Founder), Fatima Bintou Haase, Faith Dentewo, Satang Nebaneh

Our Community Board is an advisory group comprised of community members in our rural areas representing a wide range of actors including PWD, Youth, Security, young women and men who monitor and advise the organization on community driven strategies. These individuals are important community leaders tasked with engaging both the organization and our communities.

Our community Board members include:

Harun Muchai (Chairman), Kefa Odeyo, Alice Nafula, Margaret Kiptoo, Peter Pilisi, Collins Omondi, Rose Achieng, Florence Muriuki, Festus Panyako, Caleb Kibichi Venzentina Ekai and Zipporah Nyamari.

Dandelion Africa has 58 Staff, 12 volunteers and works with over 1,500 Community Health Promoters.

Our team is from our local community and 100% Kenyan.
